Du lundi au vendredi, tu emmènes nos jeunes voyageurs à destination sur le chemin de l’école.
Tu les accueilles à bord de notre transport scolaire et tu es à la disposition des élèves pour répondre à leurs questions sur la course.
Le contact avec les jeunes voyageurs que tu transportes enrichit ton quotidien de rencontres passionnantes et tu t’attaches à créer des expériences positives pour notre clientèle.
En tant que conductrice ou conducteur, tu fais bien plus que te tenir au volant d’un véhicule. Que ce soit sur la route ou lors du contact direct avec la clientèle, chaque jour t’apporte son lot de situations inédites et variées.

1. Présélection
Nous procédons à un examen minutieux de ton dossier. Si tu corresponds au profil recherché, nous prendrons contact avec toi dans un délai de deux - trois semaines.
2. Assessment en ligne
Dans le cadre d'un assessment en ligne de 30 à 90 minutes, tu effectues différents exercices et tu réponds à des questions spécifiques. Ainsi, nous en apprenons plus sur ta personnalité et sur ton niveau de performance.
3. Premier entretien virtuel
Nous nous réjouissons de faire ta connaissance dans le cadre d'un premier entretien virtuel.
4. Journée découverte
Nous t’offrons la possibilité de faire une journée découverte chez nous. Cela te permettra de te faire une idée du métier et des personnes qui composent la Poste.
5. Deuxième entretien
Lors d'un deuxième entretien, nous avons le plaisir de t'accueillir en personne dans nos locaux.
6. Décision finale
En règle générale, la décision finale a lieu 6-8 semaines après la réception de la candidature. En cas de réponse positive, nous te soumettons une offre de contrat par oral. Si tu l'acceptes, nous te confirmons les conditions contrac-tuelles par e-mail et établissons ton contrat de travail.
