ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for an International E-commerce Merchandiser to help drive growth across our European e-commerce business. You’ll play a key role in bringing our products to life online; driving product visibility, executing commercial campaigns, and optimizing the onsite experience to maximize customer engagement and business performance. Working cross-functionally with teams across Europe and the US, you’ll combine commercial thinking, data-driven insights, and operational excellence to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Execute and optimize day-to-day onsite merchandising activities across European markets, ensuring accurate product presentation, categorization, navigation, sorting, filters, badges, and recommendations.

Manage product visibility throughout the product lifecycle, maximizing exposure for key products, collections, and commercial priorities.

Execute and optimize merchandising for seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and trading initiatives.

Manage promotional assortment lists, markdown execution, promotional exclusions, campaign validation and Sale-to-Outlet transitions.

Monitor merchandising performance, KPIs, campaigns and promotions results, translating data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc merchandising reports to support business reviews and decision-making.
- Partner closely with Buying, Planning, Content, CRM, Digital Marketing, SEO, Analytics and Ecom Operations teams to ensure aligned merchandising execution.

Participate in weekly trade meetings and commercial planning and review sessions, providing merchandising updates, performance insights, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvements to onsite merchandising, product discovery, navigation, taxonomy, and customer experience.
- Contribute to operational excellence by improving merchandising processes, ways of working, and platform capabilities to enable scalable growth and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

3–5 years’ experience in E-commerce Merchandising, Digital Trading, Site Merchandising, Category or E-commerce Management within an online retail environment.

Solid commercial mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into effective onsite merchandising actions.

Strong attention to detail with a structured, hands-on approach to execution.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced international environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple business functions.

Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar e-commerce platforms.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Fluent in English. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.

Experience within fashion, footwear, apparel, or lifestyle e-commerce is a plus.
