For our institution ylaa Densa Park starting 01 September 2026 we are looking
for an innovative and responsible personality
The ylaa Densa Park child care centre in Basel offers children aged three months to the
second kindergarten an educationally optimal childcare option that complements the family
and school. The care takes place bilingually (D/E). It is part of the kidéal Group, which offers
a comprehensive range of childcare services and operates more than 25 of its own
institutions in the regions of Zurich, Aargau and Basel.
In the position as Child Care Assistant you will implement the kidéal philosophy with the
team members of your group. Together with the team, you focus on the well-being of the
child and ensure age-specific support and individual support. You will be accompanied and
supported by the Pedagogical Manager.
The position is a fixed-term position through July 31, 2027. A subsequent shortened
apprenticeship or adult education program under Article 32 is not ruled out if both parties
are interested, nor is the extension of the contract if the position remains filled
