Key Responsibilities

Responsibility for ensuring the workplace is kept spotlessly clean
Monitoring the quality of goods and food served
Serving meals at the specified times
Checking, storing and preparing existing and delivered goods
Serving meals in the staff canteen
Cleaning, maintaining and storing crockery, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils
Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and canteen areas, as well as the F&B back-office area
Proper use and maintenance of the machinery and equipment provided
Preparing meals in accordance with the instructions of the station chef, head chef or sous-chef

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Initial professional experience in upmarket catering
Ability to cope with pressure, attention to detail and a very high standard of quality
A structured and organised approach to work
A keen interest in team-oriented work
Your motto is to be the perfect, warm and welcoming host to every guest
Good command of German and English is essential. A basic knowledge of a further foreign language is desirable
