Do you want to help build one of Europe's most exciting health platforms and be at the heart of a company that's genuinely changing how people live?
About Aeon
Aeon is redefining preventive healthcare. We combine whole-body MRI, advanced blood biomarkers, and genetic data with AI to detect and predict diseases before symptoms appear. Our mission is to empower people to live longer, healthier lives by shifting healthcare from reactive to proactive.
At the heart of what we build is a long-term preventive health management platform, giving people a clear picture of their health across cardiovascular, brain, cancer, musculoskeletal, and metabolic domains, and helping them act on it.
Aeon is well funded and on a strong trajectory: we are growing fast, serving paying customers across Switzerland, and preparing for our Series A. You'd be joining a company with real momentum and the runway to build for the long term.
About the role
The COO owns the operations end-to-end so that Aeon delivers an excellent, consistent customer experience at scale, across multiple countries, at a margin that works. All of this in a model where we do not own the delivery infrastructure.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has both run a tight operation and built new ones. You will be the person who makes delivery actually work: from the moment a customer books, through their check-up, to results delivery and clinical follow-up. And you will do it across geographies, through a partner network, while keeping unit economics healthy.
- End-to-end service delivery: Every step of the customer journey: booking, MRI scan, blood draw, genetic input, results delivery, and the handling of medically significant findings. You own quality and consistency across all of it.
- Partner network and capacity: Securing and managing scanner time, radiologist reads, and lab and phlebotomy capacity. Keeping utilization high and partner relationships strong.
- Geographic expansion: Building a repeatable market entry playbook, starting with Germany. The goal is a model the next market can copy.
- Unit economics and operational finance: Cost per scan, throughput, partner economics, and contribution margin above 30 percent. Current pricing is CHF 1,690 per 30-minute scan, with the ambition to drive all-in cost below EUR 1,000. You will also support Series A operational due diligence.
- Team and operating cadence: Building the ops organization, hiring and upgrading the team, and running the internal rhythms that keep the business moving.
- Operational compliance and clinical governance: In partnership with the CMO, including German HWG advertising rules and other regulatory requirements across markets.
What success looks like
- First 90 days: You know the operation cold. Every partner relationship, every cost line, every place the customer journey breaks.
- By 6 months: Delivery holds quality and margin while volume grows. A Germany playbook the next market can copy. A measurably stronger ops team. The CEO can step out of operations entirely.
