All central business functions - from development and production to sales and administration - are based at the company’s headquarters in Losone (Ticino).
Due to the retirement of the current incumbent, we are seeking a suitable candidate to succeed her as Head of Finance & Human Resources.
What are your
main tasks?
In this position, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Overall responsibility for finance and accounting (financial accounting, controlling, budgeting, and annual financial statements)
Budgeting, liquidity planning, controlling, and reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors
Management and development of the Finance and Human Resources departments
Management of the HR department (recruitment, employee development, labor law, payroll)
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
Liaison with external partners such as auditors, trustees, government agencies, etc.
Management of the small team in the Finance & HR department

What you bring to the role
The following qualifications are required for this position:
Advanced degree in finance or business administration
Several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally with management experience
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and an entrepreneurial mindset
Native German speaker with very good Italian and English skills
Residence in Switzerland is mandatory
You will be responsible for the Finance and Human Resources departments, while also actively participating in day-to-day operations.
