Team Assistant - Advisory

Bring your hands-on experience to this exciting new challenge and make use of your strong organizational and administrative skills within an international and growing team. You will manage priorities with flexibility while proactively and confidently engaging with stakeholders and contributing to the team's success

By arrangement

Your contribution to KPMG

Coordinating and organizing meetings and travel arrangements for our Partners
Managing the Partner's calendar and email correspondence
Assisting with client engagement administration, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, and providing day-to-day administrative support
Managing client invoicing and processing accounts payable
Setting up client projects in our billing system
Handling ad hoc administrative requests
Supporting employees with time and expense reporting
Planning and organizing internal meetings and events

This is what makes you successful

Completed commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or an equivalent qualification
3-5 years of professional experience in an assistant, administrative, or back-office role
Excellent French and very good English skills, both written and spoken
Service-oriented, responsible, team-focused, and supportive personality with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Good MS Office skills; strong IT affinity is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with a high level of initiative, combined with an accurate, reliable, and independent working style, a flair for numbers, and a strong sense of responsibility and discretion.
