Within our Zurich Bahnhofstrasse boutique team, we are looking for a:
Client Welcoming Trainee
(6 months from September 2026 to February 2027)
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the boutique’s daily operations and client experience.
Your main mission is to ensure a warm and professional welcome to all clients, guide traffic flow within the store, and provide tailored assistance to ensure a seamless visit. You will contribute to the preparation and upkeep of the sales areas, support administrative tasks, and answer incoming calls.
In addition, you will deliver a personalized service to our clients, including refreshment service and support for special deliveries. Your presence is essential in supporting a refined, elegant, and attentive atmosphere that reflects Bvlgari’s values and hospitality standards.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Hospitality, Communication, or a related field, with a strong interest in luxury and a genuine appreciation for excellence, craftsmanship, and exceptional client experiences.
A team player with a dynamic personality, you naturally develop strong and effective relationships with both clients and colleagues, supported by excellent communication skills.
Conscientious and reliable, you are customer-focused and attentive to detail, consistently striving to deliver the highest standards of service.
Well-organized and proactive, you are able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using modern digital tools, you are fluent in English and German; proficiency in any additional language would be considered a strong asset.
You must have a valid internship agreement signed by an educational institution.
