- Coordinate the delivery of L&D programs, leadership initiatives and talent development projects, in close partnership with the Head of Culture & Leadership Development and the L&D Manager
- Adapt existing training content (leadership programs, feedback, functional skills) into LMS-ready formats: structure sequences, configure navigation and ensure materials are correctly published and accessible on CrossKnowledge
- Prepare participant kits, program guides, facilitation materials and post-program resources
- Track participation, completion rates and learning outcomes; consolidate feedback and produce regular reports for the team
- Organise global training events and workshops: logistics, invitations, materials and follow-up
- Design and produce communication assets for team projects: email templates, one-pagers, program announcements, participant kits, printing
- Maintain and evolve a library of reusable templates and shared team documentation: process guides, trackers, program toolkits,
- Support the preparation of internal presentations and stakeholder-facing materials
- Provide first-level user support on SuccessFactors, CrossKnowledge and Team Tailor (access issues, basic navigation, routing to the right contact)
- Support platform integration for new e-learning content and ensure materials are correctly published and accessible
- Manage user access and troubleshoot platform issues on CrossKnowledge, SuccessFactors and Team Tailor with IT team
- Ensure e-learning content is correctly published, accessible and up to date on CrossKnowledge
- Collect, consolidate and format KPI data from each practice area on a regular cadence
Maintain the tracking of projects and programs’ impact metrics to feed into continuous improvement
- Create and track purchase orders across all team budget lines
- Maintain the team’s consolidated budget tracker; flag variances and upcoming commitments proactively
- Liaise with Finance for PO creation, invoice follow-up and year-end closing
- Prepare monthly budget summaries
- Learning programs and events coordinated on time and to standard
- L&D content and materials delivered with quality and on agreed timelines
- Communication assets aligned with brand standards and deployed on schedule
- Budget tracker up to date at all times; POs raised within standard lead times
- Program effectiveness dashboard published on agreed cadence with no missing data
- Platform support requests handled within agreed response time
- Team documentation and templates maintained, up to date and accessible
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Psychology or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR assistant, HRBP, L&D, communications role
- Previous exposure to learning & development program coordination or content support is a strong plus
- Experience producing communications or documents in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with budget tracking or purchase order management
- Passion for people development, learning and HR practices
- Organization skills, attention to details and excellent execution
- Clear written and verbal communicator in English and French
- IT & Digital Skills, MS Office suite, advanced PowerPoint, Excel
- Familiarity with HR or LMS platforms a plus
- Fluent English and French
