EF Education First, the world leader in international education, is looking for a passionate, organized, and hardworking trainee to join EF’s Staff Travel team. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of corporate travel requests for Staff Travel to find the best flight itinerary for EF employees and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will be a member of an energetic, multinational team that is staffed across continents and report to the Manager of Corporate Travel & Distribution Channels.
Start date for this trainee position is with immediate effect. Temporary role, period limited to 6 months from start date.
What you will be doing
- Support the booking and coordination of internal business travel for company employees
- Coordinate flight reservations, ticketing, changes, and cancellations in line with company travel policies
- Use travel reservation systems, including Amadeus and Sabre, to create and manage bookings
- Arrange travel for company events, summits, kick-offs, and other business activities across various divisions
- Communicate with employees and internal stakeholders to confirm travel requirements and provide updates
- Maintain accurate travel records and assist in resolving travel-related queries and disruptions
Collaborate with team members and travel partners while developing knowledge of corporate travel processes and industry best practices
